Job summary

Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks an Autoflight system Certification and Safety Engineer to join the AutoFlight Certification & Safety team. You will work on OTA22 Certification, Airworthiness, and safety analyses across Airbus programs.

With at least 5 years in system safety or certification, you will coordinate with designers, test centers, pilots, and authorities to ensure compliance and robust airworthiness of the AutoFlight system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in system safety or certification/qualification, flight controls or auto flight system development.
• Experience in system architecture and integration.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Certify AutoFlight modifications and define the Certification Plan with airworthiness authorities.
• Coordinate with designers, test centers, pilots and other stakeholders for MOC issuance.
• Interface with Airworthiness Authorities during Certification and Airworthiness Review Meetings.
• Contribute to FHA, SSA, CMA, MMEL safety analyses and continuous airworthiness assessments.
