Description du poste

RINA is currently recruiting for an Auditor ISO 37001.

RINA is looking for VAT-registered professionals for potential collaboration in the following role:

Role Description

  1. In-depth and documented knowledge of legislation (legal, regulatory, and "good practices") related to the prevention of active and passive corruption and the management of corporate integrity applicable to the country where the company's business is conducted.
  2. Possession of a title such as lawyer, accountant, auditor, former magistrate, judge, or judicial official will be considered a preferential qualification for the technical area assignment.
  3. Significant experience of at least 2 years in roles with substantial responsibility in managing anti-corruption systems, legal compliance, or corporate crime.

Candidates must provide evidence of deep knowledge of local anti-bribery legislation in the Technical Area LEG, including:

  1. At least 2.5 years of relevant work experience related to anti-bribery legislation in the last 10 years.
  2. Participation in technical-legal consultancies involving local anti-bribery legislation within the last 10 years.
  3. Completion of ABMS audits (stage 1 and stage 2, recertification) within the last 10 years.
  4. A degree related to anti-bribery legal knowledge.
  5. Theoretical training on local environmental legislation.

Note: The LEG Technical Area cannot be achieved through audit activity alone. The audit activity can be performed remotely. The candidate must have experience with anti-corruption regulations in France.
