As Audit Data Analytics Senior Manager within our Sanofi Internal Audit Data Analytics team, you will help find innovative ways to identify risks through data, developing tailored AI solutions to focus on risks across the company.

Main responsibilities:

The Audit Data Analytics Senior Manager handles activities related to Sanofi Internal Audit assignments such as:

• Supporting audit team members during audits by providing expertise in data analytics and proposing evidence-based insights.
• Understanding the end-to-end data analytics process: extraction, transformation, modeling, AI/ML, visualization.
• Promoting data transformation and analysis techniques to identify risks and audit points.
• Driving digital transformation within SIA&RM.
• Enhancing auditors' skills and knowledge about data and AI.

About you

Experience:

• At least four to six years of professional experience in Data Analytics, with a minimum of 2 years in external and/or internal audit.

Soft skills:

• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Effective prioritization and follow-through on commitments.
• Change management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze large, complex data sets and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in information dissemination.
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills.

Technical skills:

• Data Visualization tools: Power BI, Qlik, and/or Tableau.
• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP data models, tables, and processes is recommended.
• ETL tools: Alteryx and/or Dataiku.
• Programming languages: SQL, Python, R, M, and/or DAX.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Languages:

• Fluent in English and French.
