Alignerr is seeking Audio Quality Reviewers to listen to recordings and evaluate clarity, accuracy, and technical quality for AI training data. This fully remote hourly contract offers flexible hours (10–40/week) with no prior audio engineering background required.

You will review batches, provide structured feedback, and flag issues that could impact AI training data quality. Join us to help improve AI voice systems from anywhere in the world.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a good ear and a eye for detail. No audio engineering background required.

What You'll Do

• Listen to audio recordings and evaluate them for clarity, accuracy, and overall quality
• Identify issues such as background noise, distortion, mispronunciations, or unnatural pacing
• Verify that transcriptions match audio content accurately
• Provide structured, detailed feedback on each recording using evaluation tools
• Work through batches of audio independently and at your own pace
• Flag edge cases or inconsistencies that could affect AI training data quality

Who You Are

• Strong listening skills with the ability to detect subtle audio differences
• Detail-oriented with a consistent and objective approach to quality judgment
• Self-motivated and reliable — you follow through on task-based work independently
• Comfortable using audio playback tools and online evaluation interfaces
• Access to headphones or earbuds for accurate audio assessment
• No prior audio engineering or AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in music, podcasting, voice acting, or audio production
• Familiarity with transcription or captioning work
• Background in quality assurance or data annotation
