Alignerr is seeking Generalists to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated content across a wide range of topics and formats. This fully remote, hourly contract role emphasizes reliability, strong reading comprehension, and careful attention to quality as you help shape AI outputs.

You will assess accuracy and clarity, provide structured feedback, and follow detailed guidelines with precision. The work is flexible, asynchronous, and designed for self-motivation in a remote setting.

• Flag content that is misleading, inaccurate, or poorly written.
• Complete task-based assignments independently, following detailed project guidelines with precision and consistency.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong reading comprehension and a sharp eye for quality. No prior AI or tech experience needed — just a reliable internet connection and a genuine commitment to doing good work.

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills in English
• Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, systematic approach to tasks
• Comfortable evaluating a broad variety of topics and writing styles
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• Able to follow structured guidelines and apply them consistently across assignments
• No prior AI, journalism, or content moderation experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, editing, research, or communications
• Experience with quality assurance, critical analysis, or fact-checking
• Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
