As a U.S. Business Immigration Attorney with EY Law LLP, you will help companies address the challenges associated with managing today's globally mobile workforce. EY Law LLP assists companies and their employees in relocating efficiently. The firm's U.S. immigration services include obtaining immigrant (green card) and non-immigrant (temporary work visas) statuses, along with providing immigration advisory services for employees and employers.

Key responsibilities

As an Attorney, you will join our U.S. Business Immigration team, managing the delivery of complex immigration services and developing solutions for diverse clients. You will provide technical legal expertise and strategic business solutions aligned with client needs.

Skills and attributes

• Deep understanding of U.S. business immigration law, including PERM, NIV, and IV law, and applying this knowledge effectively.
• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting non-immigrant, immigrant, and PERM applications in a high-volume setting.
• Managing client expectations and deliverables while balancing multiple priorities.
• Facilitating legal movement of employees across borders for business travel.
• Managing law clerks and team members.
• Contributing to best practices within our U.S. immigration practice.

Qualifications

• JD and admission to any U.S. state bar.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. immigration law preferred.
