In France, approximately 500 employees are committed to delivering quality products with respect for the environment and a focus on innovation. Its headquarters in Molsheim hosts the French commercial activities, the main European logistics center, and a technical expertise center specializing in luminaire design and modification, along with extensive group quality competencies (litigation, laboratories, certifications).
The role involves developing the customer base by achieving sales, margin, and market penetration objectives, as well as expanding product lines. You will enhance LEDVANCE's commercial expertise, particularly through the development of tools for preparation and control (dashboards, field action plans), and propose measures to address discrepancies observed in the field (promotions, etc.).
Requirements include a BTS/IUT in Commercial Action and the AFE 1 diploma. Ideally, you will have 3 to 5 years of significant experience in a similar role.
