We are looking for a Operations Project Manager to join our Customer Support and Services Directorate, in Soréo’s team: a team of 4 collaborators!

Project management

Your Mission

  • Supply Chain crisis management: Identify problematic components, analyze root causes, and oversee corrective actions to restore normal operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize deliveries, propose arbitration, and lead multi-functional task forces.
  • Project Management: Serve as a portfolio manager, support internal teams as a project focal point, lead decision-making committees, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Quality process: Coordinate EN9100/ISO14100 audits, monitor KPIs, review quality documents, and participate in risk analysis.
Daily activities

Participate in daily operational activities of the service.

About you
  • 5-year degree in engineering or supply chain management.
  • Minimum of 8 years in support, customer service, project management, or related fields.
  • Experience with project management, quality assurance standards, and familiarity with tools like SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, VBA, and PowerBI.
  • Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
