Airbus in Toulouse offers a 6-month internship to develop a PMT framework aimed at harmonizing practices and supporting the digital transformation of Operations. You will map existing processes, propose a structure for processes, methods and tools, and help build the PMT repository.

The role includes hands-on work, workshop facilitation with business teams, and piloting use cases in logistics, scheduling and planning to validate the approach before rollout.

Qualifications

• Final-year engineering or Master’s degree student (Bac+5 equivalent) specializing in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Information Systems or Digital Transformation.
• Strong interest in process improvement and digital tools.
• Demonstrate analytical and organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively with operational teams.
• Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization, automation or digitalization tools such as Power BI, Power Platform or SAP is a strong asset.

Job Description

implementing a Process, Methods & Tools (PMT) framework aimed at harmonizing practices, standardizing processes and supporting the digital transformation of Operations. After familiarizing themselves with the existing diagnostic and process mapping, the intern will propose a framework to structure processes, methods, tools and associated responsibilities. The intern will contribute to building the PMT repository, identify opportunities for simplification, automation and digitalization, and help prioritize these initiatives as part of the Operations & Procurement roadmap. The internship will also have a strong hands‑on dimension, including the facilitation of workshops with business teams and the implementation of pilot use cases in areas such as logistics, scheduling and planning. These pilots will help validate the approach before rolling it out across the department.

Requirements

• This internship is designed for you if you Are a final-year engineering or Master's degree student (Bac+5 equivalent) specializing in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Information Systems or Digital Transformation.
