Job summary

ATR accueille un stagiaire en supply chain à Blagnac. Vous serez intégré comme membre à part entière avec un périmètre d’intervention réaliste et des responsabilités tangibles.

Vous préparez un mastère en ingénierie, commerce ou université (Bac+5) avec spécialisation en supply chain ou amélioration continue, et vous maîtrisez Excel et PowerPoint. Une expérience avec Power BI, Power Apps ou SAP est un atout majeur.

Responsibilities

• Suivre les besoins clients et contribuer aux plans d'action avec les Material Account Managers et les équipes transverses.
• Analyser le carnet de commandes et les indicateurs de service pour identifier les priorités et les blocages.
• Participer à l'amélioration des tableaux de bord de performance, de satisfaction client et de suivi commercial.
• Soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration continue et de digitalisation du pilotage des activités.
• Réaliser des analyses commerciales et opérationnelles pour améliorer le service et le chiffre d'affaires.

What we will do together:

Being an intern at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities.

• Monitor customer needs and support action plans with Material Account Managers and cross-functional teams
• Analyze the order backlog and service indicators to identify priorities and blockers
• Contribute to improving performance, customer satisfaction and commercial dashboards
• Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives for activity management
• Perform commercial and operational analyses to improve service and spare-parts revenue

Ce stage est fait pour vous :

• Vous préparez un diplôme Bac+5 en école d'ingénieur, école de commerce ou université, avec une spécialisation en supply chain, commerce ou amélioration continue
• Vous maîtrisez Excel et PowerPoint.
• Une première expérience de Power BI, Power Apps, SAP ou d'un outil de gestion de données serait un plus
• Vous êtes curieux(se), structuré(e), orienté(e) client et force de proposition.
• Vous appréciez le travail en équipe
• Vous maitrisez le français et l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
• Un intérêt pour l'aéronautique, les environnements internationaux et la transformation digitale sera appréciée

This internship is designed for you

• You are studying for a Master's degree in engineering, business or at university, in supply chain, commercial or continuous improvement
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• An initial experience with Power BI, Power Apps, SAP or a data-management tool would be an advantage
• You are curious, structured, customer-oriented and proactive.
• You enjoy teamwork
• You are fluent in French and English
• An interest in aviation, international environments and digital transformation would be appreciated
