ATR recrute un stagiaire ingénieur pour intégrer l’équipe Customer Acceptance and Delivery Managers sur le site de Saint Martin. Vous contribuerez à lancer votre carrière avec responsabilités et un périmètre d’intervention concret dans un contexte industriel en pleine transformation.

Le stage, démarrant le 22/02/2027 pour 6 mois, exige une 4e/5e année d’ingénierie, une aisance avec les outils bureautiques (Excel/VBA, Power BI) et un apprentissage des processus client et livraison.

Qualifications

• Étudiant(e) en 4e ou 5e année d’école d’ingénieur ou équivalent.
• Expérience ou exposition à des rôles de contact client et sens des processus industriels.
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de leur langage de programmation (Excel/VBA, Google/JavaScript, PowerPoint, Power BI) et connaissance potentielle de l’IA.
• Proactivité, rigueur, autonomie et bonne communication avec différents métiers.
• Maîtrise du français et niveau professionnel en anglais; l’italien ou une autre langue est un plus.
• Connaissance SAP/ACPnG serait un atout.

Responsabilités

• Mise en place de fiches clients spécifiques selon les exigences client.
• Support à la structuration des processus internes de l’équipe.
• Mise en place d’un fichier de suivi d’avancement des visites client pour assurer un suivi précis.
• Participation à la préparation des visites client sur FAL et lors de la phase de livraison.
• Back-up des CAM pour assurer la tenue des visites client.
• Référent de la transformation digitale du service.

Descriptif des missions proposées :

Directement rattaché au Responsable des équipes Customer Acceptance and Delivery Managers, vous décrochez la possibilité de lancer votre début de carrière et d’avoir un véritable impact dans un milieu dynamique et en pleine transformation. Premier relais entre le client et les équipes opérations, vous aurez les missions principales suivantes :

• Mise en place de fiches clients spécifiques au regard des différentes exigences client
• Support à la structuration des processus internes de l’équipe
• Mise en place d’un fichier de suivi d’avancement des différentes visites afin d’assurer un avancement précis
• Participation à la préparation en amont des visites client sur FAL et sur la phase de livraison
• Back-up des CAM afin d’assurer la tenue des visites client
• Référent de la transformation digitale du service

Ce stage est fait pour vous :

• Vous êtes en 4ième ou 5ième année d’école d’ingénieur ou niveau équivalent.
• Vous avez déjà été exposé sur des rôles de contact client à enjeu, et vous êtes à l’aise avec les processus industriels
• Vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise avec les outils bureautique et leur langage de programmation (Excel/VBA, Google/JavaScript, PowerPoint, Power BI), vous savez éventuellement utiliser l’IA.
• Vous êtes proactif, rigoureux, autonome et savez communiquer avec différents métiers.
• Vous avez un esprit critique, savez challenger l’existant et n’hésitez pas à prendre des initiatives.
• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Français et l’anglais au niveau professionnel, la maîtrise de l’italien ou d’une autre langue est un plus.
• Une connaissance SAP/ACPnG est un plus.

• Developing customer-specific profiles to capture and address individual customer requirements.
• Supporting the structuring and continuous improvement of the team’s internal processes.
• Developing a tracking tool to monitor the progress of customer visits and ensure accurate follow-up.
• Contributing to the preparation and coordination of customer visits, both on the Final Assembly Line (FAL) and during the aircraft delivery phase.
• Providing back-up support to Customer Acceptance Managers (CAMs) to ensure the smooth execution of customer visits.
• Acting as the team’s digital transformation focal point, supporting the implementation and adoption of digital solutions.

This internship is designed for you:

• You are currently in your 4th or 5th year of engineering school (or hold an equivalent level of education).
• You have already been exposed to customer interface roles, and you have a good understanding of industrial production fundamentals and tools.
• You are proficient with office and data tools and their programming languages (Excel/VBA, Google/JavaScript, PowerPoint, Power BI), and ideally, you know how to leverage AI-based tools.
• You are proactive, rigorous, and autonomous, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You possess a critical mindset, are able to challenge the status quo, and are not afraid to take initiative.
• You are fluent in French and at professional level in English, Italian or any other language would be an asset.
• Familiarity with SAP/ACPnG would be a plus.
