ATR is seeking a Ground test operator to join the Quality Directorate in Mohamed El Banaoui’s team in France. The role serves as the navigation functional test referent for the B customization line, driving tests and ensuring conformance with procedures.

You will define priorities with FAL TLs, act as technical reference for partners, execute procedures, certify compliance, and report defects in SAP while ensuring test safety and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• 5/7 years in aeronautics industry.
• Knowledge of ATR production process and aircraft systems.
• Use of SAP PGI and ATR standards ST3/ST5/ST7.
• Mastery of documents M-033 and M-071; EDM access; ACPNG tools.

Responsabilités

• Define and arbitrate priorities with FAL TLs as technical referent for an aircraft.
• Be technical reference for partners and subcontractors.
• Execute test procedures, certify compliance, monitor product and activity, inspect, and write assembly anomalies.
• Escalate events for QA analysis and certify conformity per test procedures.
• Manage test procedures with assistants, report defects, and trace retakes.
• Ensure safety of tests and monitor corrective actions for repetitive assembly issues.
• Record anomalies in SAP and ensure conformity with plans/tolerances.
• Know installation rules for systems on board, including routing and safety precautions.
• Monitor aircraft files and participate in process analyses.
• Archive airplane folder and manage area closures.

Position

We are looking for a Ground test operator to come onboard in our Quality Directorate in Mohamed El banaoui’s team.

Your Mission

Within the Quality Department, the Ground test operator will act as a navigation functional test referent for the B customization line.

Activities

• Define and arbitrate priorities with the FALs' TLs as a technical réferent for an aircraft.
• Be our technical reference for our partners and subcontractors.
• Execute test procedures and certify compliance, actively participate in product and activity monitoring, perform inspection operations and write up assembly anomalies.
• Escalate events for analysis by quality assurance: Validate and certify on the file of each aircraft the conformity of the product in respect of the definition by the execution of the test procedures planned or relaunched by FRE.
• Manage test procedures with assistants, report defects and trace necessary test retakes.
• Ensure the safety of these tests.
• Monitor the consideration and correction of reported and repetitive assembly anomalies.
• Report and record assembly anomalies detected under SAP.
• Report and remove FOD before closing.
• Check the restoration and their conformity to the plans or tolerances.
• For systems: Know the rules for installing systems on board aircraft, assembly precautions, routing, segregations, etc.
• Ensure the monitoring of the aircraft file.
• Participation in process analyses.
• Increment the airplane folder for archiving.
• Take responsibility for area closures and follow up on cases.
• Certify the different control phases in the SAP tool.
• Report difficulties to your superiors, particularly in the event of schedule deviations.

About you

• 5/7 years' experience in the aeronautics industry.
• Knowledge of production activity/global vision of the ATR industrial process and aircraft systems.
• Use of SAP PGI/experience of ATR standards (ST3/ST5/ST7).
• Mastery of documents M-033 and M-071/ Mastery of EDM access/Knowledge of tools ACPNG, Excel, Word, workshop file.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Curiosity.
• Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus).
