Would you like to join one of the fastest-growing organizations within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and help Independent Software Vendors (ISV) customers maximize the value and benefits of AWS Services?

As an Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) in the AWS Enterprise Support ISV segment, you will directly impact how our customers leverage cloud technology. TAMs actively engage at the account level, providing recommendations and proactive advice throughout the entire cloud adoption lifecycle.

The TAM is the trusted advisor and operational excellence expert for our Enterprise Support ISV customers. Building close relationships across all levels of their business enables you to understand their operational needs and technical challenges, helping them maximize cloud value. You will offer strategic technical guidance, advocate for best practices, and ensure their AWS environments are operationally healthy. As a TAM, you will develop and execute strategies with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive AWS adoption and usage. Your support includes addressing strategic questions, assisting in project planning, and resolving operational issues.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Guide, consult, and advocate for the customer within AWS.
  2. Ensure AWS environments are operationally healthy and optimized for cost, security, performance, and resiliency.
  3. Develop trusting relationships with customers to understand their business and technical challenges.
  4. Lead technical discussions on incidents, architecture, cost/benefit trade-offs, and risk management.
  5. Engage with stakeholders from developers to C-suite executives.
  6. Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services, and Sales teams.
  7. Identify opportunities for customers to derive additional value from AWS.
  8. Conduct detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and launch planning.
  9. Address problems related to workload migration to the cloud.

Qualifications include experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or similar roles; operational troubleshooting skills in domains like Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, Security, etc.; excellent communication skills in English and French; ability to influence management decisions; hands-on AWS or cloud experience; and familiarity with SaaS and automation.
