Responsibilities:
As a member of the Treasury Advisory team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients through their treasury transformation journeys in the context of deals, build-ups, or operational improvements by:
- Leading or supporting the implementation and deployment of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), including needs assessment, vendor selection, configuration, testing, and change management. You will work closely with clients to ensure the TMS aligns with their treasury strategy and operational requirements, and support the integration with other financial systems;
- Assessing and transforming the treasury function, including process redesign, governance, and reporting improvements;
- Designing and implementing cash pooling structures and optimizing bank account structures;
- Reviewing and renegotiating banking relationships and banking fees to improve cost efficiency and service quality;
- Conducting research and analysis to shape solutions, assist in business development efforts, build strong client relationships, and stay updated on industry trends to support the growth of the practice;
- Supporting Managing Directors and other senior members of the team with client pitch production.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
- Experience in a consultancy or advisory role, preferably within treasury or financial transformation;
- Certification or hands-on experience with treasury tools such as Kyriba or Diapason is a strong plus;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and information to draw insights and conclusions;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to convey ideas and findings clearly and concisely to clients and colleagues;
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities and working to tight deadlines;
- Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles, able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation;
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and driving continuous improvement through feedback and reflection;
- Fluent French and English, oral and written.
