Launchmetrics in Paris is hiring an Associate Product Builder with a Design craft to shape Discover, the part of the Brand Performance Cloud where brands monitor presence and benchmark competitors. You will own small missions from scoping to delivery inside a pod, work on AI-enabled features, and be close to research and users from day one.

This is an early-career role designed to grow with senior mentors, offering hands-on learning, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Grounding in user-centered design and usability.
• Ability to start from problem and talk to users.
• Industry awareness of fashion and luxury brands.
• Ability to drive small pods and own tasks.
• Clear communication with tech and business teams.
• Fluent English in an international team.

Responsabilités

• Own missions end to end within the Discover area.
• Design features with guidance from senior builders.
• Participate in user interviews, surveys and usage analysis.
• Define adoption and performance KPIs and analyze them.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to shared tooling and design system.
