Job summary

Prokura, part of the Kearney Group, is a leading consultancy in Strategic Procurement and Supply Chain with offices across Europe, the UAE and beyond. As an Associate Partner, you will lead projects, own client relationships, and drive delivery with teams in international settings.

You will shape procurement transformations and operating models, leveraging deep sourcing expertise and your leadership to deliver impact for top clients while working closely with Kearney as a strong parent company.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a university or applied sciences.
• 10+ years of relevant consulting or procurement transformation experience.
• Experience leading projects and owning client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and tools.
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects ranging from analyzing external spend to developing sustainable procurement organizations.
• Implement concepts together with the client rather than only creating slides.
• As Associate Partner, own winning and delivering projects, including team leadership and client ownership.
• Work in international teams on clients from various countries; some projects with Kearney.

As an Associate Partner, you have responsibility for winning and delivering projects – including team leadership and client ownership.

International project work

you will work in international teams for clients from various countries. Some projects are conducted jointly with Kearney, giving you exposure far beyond Prokura’s core topics.

Who Are You?

• Excellent academic performance in a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences.
• 10+ years’ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, procurement transformation, supply chain transformation, strategic sourcing, category management, operating model design, or value creation.
• Consulting experience at a top-tier or specialized consulting firm.
• Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology and tools, and a proven track record of project leadership and client engagement ownership
• Strong analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creativity in problem-solving, and the ability to build and develop client relationships within projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (business fluent in French and English).
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys performance-driven work.
• Motivated, energetic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial in spirit.
