Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Conduct competitive analysis for the segment within the account portfolio(s). Collaborate with other ADSs for unified segment analysis, work with UPAM team for sector-specific insights, and proactively identify prospects to enhance market share.
- Customer Prospecting: Provide client introductions and context to support HBU G/EM efforts, leading domain solutions selling, cross-selling, and introducing new products and IP.
- Opportunity Identification and Qualification: Analyze and gather ground intelligence on opportunities within the account portfolio(s) to enable early and strategic engagement by IBU EM.
- Proposal Development: Prepare proposals and SoWs by coordinating with stakeholders, perform quantitative and competitive analysis to recommend win-price strategies.
- Proposal Negotiation and Closure: Develop customer maps, address objections, support negotiations, and close deals valued at $1-2 million.
- Contracting and MSA: Support contract negotiations with a business perspective, lead negotiations for own portfolio(s), and have authority to approve discounts.
- Account Planning and Review: Prepare and execute plans to grow the portfolio(s) and review progress regularly.
- Account Mining: Identify and engage right contacts within client organizations, set agendas, and expand Infosys footprint across departments.
- Account Operations: Follow up on SOW signings, payments, and client satisfaction metrics like CSAT and ELF to minimize revenue leakage and improve client satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Resolve project-related complaints, negotiate MSA and SOWs, organize client engagement activities, and collaborate across teams to strengthen client relationships and position Infosys as a trusted partner.
