• PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS ONSITE BASED IN FRIBOURG, SWITZERLAND - - -

Our client, a multinational company HQ’d in Fribourg, is looking for an Associate Project Manager for their SAGE X3 ERP system.

This role includes active participation in all phases of the project, covering the Finance, Sales, Stocks and Purchase modules:

Tasks

• Analysis of existing systems
• Treatment and support of customer requests
• Implementation of tests, parameters and deployment on the sites
• Continuous support and training of end-users (on site and remotely)
• The role is based in Fribourg, Switzerland but travel approx. 30 days per year is to be expected

Requirements

• Degree in IT or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a functional ERP analyst in Sage X3.
• Rigorous, autonomous with a spirit of analysis and synthesis and excellent relational skills.
• Excellent understanding of ERP system architecture and ability to work with technical teams to adapt technology to the specific needs of the company.
• Strong analysis, listening, and synthesis skills to effectively translate users' needs into viable technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, essential for the training and support of financial users as well as for coordination with internal teams and contracting parties.
• Fluency in French and English at an advanced level is a requirement.
