Associate Director of Enrollment - Job Description

Program : Undergraduate Level : Associate

Location : Paris Type : On site, Full Time

Reports to : Director

The role

As an Enrollment Advisor, you will be instrumental in promoting Hult's top-ranked bachelor’s degrees. You will be the main point of contact for students who have applied to Hult Undergraduate, requiring a strong relationship-building and consultative approach. You will be responsible for maintaining and driving engagement with all stakeholders, including students, parents, and counselors. The role will involve travel within your region to attend fairs, school visits, and counselor engagements. The position is based in our Paris office and reports directly to the Director of Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Business Development
  • Actively promote our bachelor’s programs to selected schools and counselors.
  • Develop new relationships and nurture existing ones with high schools in your region, with a particular emphasis on building relationships with school counselors.
  • Travel extensively across the region to attend fairs, school visits, and to host and facilitate workshops and webinars. Domestic and/or international travel will be required between 30-40% of the year.
  • Organize and host counselor events locally and on campuses where required.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment to plan go-to-market strategies, adapting plans based on market response.
  • Sales and Pipeline Management
  • Generate enrollment growth year on year, focusing on pipeline conversion and retention rates.
  • Identify suitable candidates for the program by understanding student profiles and goals.
  • Provide guidance on financial requirements and support with merit and needs-based scholarship applications where necessary.
  • Manage retention effectively by hosting in-person and virtual events, supporting visa and accommodation needs, and connecting student communities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Engage with all stakeholders involved in the enrollment journey (parents, counselors, agents) through phone, email, video, and in-person interactions.
  • Connect students and families to internal teams like current students, alumni, faculty, and campus staff to facilitate conversion.
  • Team Collaboration & Support :
  • Work effectively with peers regionally and globally within Enrollment and support functions (Visas, Finance).
  • Conduct personal assessment interviews as needed to support the team.
  • Assist team members with pipelines and processes during peak periods or vacations.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
