Associate Director of Enrollment - Job Description

Location: Paris Type: On site, Full Time

Reports to: Director

The role

As an Enrollment Advisor, you will be instrumental in promoting Hult's top-ranked bachelor’s degrees. You will be the main point of contact for students who have applied to Hult Undergraduate programs, requiring a strong relationship-building and consultative approach. Your responsibilities include maintaining and driving engagement with students, parents, and counselors. The role is based in our Paris office and involves travel within your region for fairs, school visits, and counselor engagements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Business Development

  • Promote our bachelor’s programs to selected schools and counselors.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with high schools and school counselors in your region.
  • Travel extensively to attend fairs, conduct school visits, and host workshops and webinars. Domestic and international travel will constitute 30-40% of your time.
  • Organize and host counselor events locally and on campuses.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment to plan go-to-market strategies, adapting plans based on market response.

- Sales and Pipeline Management

  • Achieve enrollment growth year over year, focusing on pipeline conversion and retention.
  • Identify suitable candidates by understanding student profiles and goals.
  • Guide students on financial requirements and support scholarship applications.
  • Manage retention by hosting events, assisting with visas and accommodations, and connecting students to communities.

- Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with stakeholders such as parents, counselors, and agents through various communication channels.
  • Connect students and families with internal teams for support in conversion.
  • Collaborate with peers within Enrollment and across other support functions.
  • Conduct personal assessment interviews as needed and support team pipelines during peak periods.
