Associate Director of Enrollment

Location: Paris, France

Type: Full-time, On-site

Reports to: Director

Program: Undergraduate Level - Associate

Role: As an Enrollment Advisor, you will promote Hult's top-ranked bachelor’s degrees. You will be the main contact for students who have applied to Hult Undergraduate, requiring strong relationship-building and consultative skills. Your responsibilities include maintaining engagement with students, parents, and counselors, and traveling within your region for fairs, school visits, and counselor engagements. The role is based in our Paris office and reports directly to the Director of Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Promote bachelor’s programs to schools and counselors, develop and nurture relationships, travel extensively for events, and collaborate on market strategies.
  • Sales and Pipeline Management: Drive enrollment growth, manage student profiles, guide financial aid applications, and support student retention and community building.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with students, parents, counselors, and internal staff via various communication channels.
  • Team Collaboration & Support: Work with regional and global teams, conduct assessments, and support colleagues as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in business development or related roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce.
