Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking an Associate Director (Civils) to lead senior technical delivery and project leadership for complex civil infrastructure initiatives in Europe and beyond.

You will influence design reviews, coordinate across disciplines, and mentor engineers, while engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to drive successful delivery and ongoing capability growth.

Take a senior leadership role in the development and delivery of civil engineering solutions for complex projects. As Associate Director (Civils), you will combine technical credibility with project leadership, design assurance, client engagement and team development.

You will influence key infrastructure decisions while ensuring civil engineering solutions are practical, coordinated and aligned with wider project requirements. This is a role with scope to shape both individual projects and the continued growth of civil engineering capability within the business.
