Black & White Engineering seeks an Associate Director (Mechanical) in Paris to provide senior technical leadership on complex projects and to drive design assurance, delivery quality and client satisfaction. The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic project leadership across multiple disciplines.

You will mentor engineers, develop teams and help raise technical standards while collaborating with clients to resolve challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
