Qualifications

• De 0 à 5 ans d'expérience en analyse de données.
• Capacité à comprendre les besoins métier dans une organisation globale.
• Aisance en communication en français et en anglais (niveau C1).

Responsabilités

• Participer aux ateliers pour comprendre le contexte métier et collecter les besoins.
• Collaborer avec des analystes de données, ingénieurs de données et architectes de données.
• Tester les solutions pour valider leur qualité.

What you will do

At Volvo Digital&IT Data, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will contribute to the team portfolio around Trucks services, connected data & CO2 emission.

Role description:

• Participate to workshops with the business stakeholders to understand their business context and to collect their needs.
• Contribute to transform business stakeholder questions/issues/needs into clear and unambiguous technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with other Data Analysts, Data engineers, Data Architects, Data Scientists and Business stakeholders during the implementation and deployment of the solution to increase the long-term quality of delivery and learning.
• Be part of the data modeling process that will be the foundation of the analytical solution.
• Access, manipulate, query, and analyze data using different software, tools and techniques.
• Pre-process, clean and structure data to facilitate data exploration and advanced analytics.
• Learn and use modern data preparation, data exploration and data visualization tools and techniques.
• Design and implement dashboards using advanced visualization tools (PowerBI).
• During the project acceptance phase, test solutions to validate its quality.
• Work in cross functional agile team to continuously experiment, iterate and deliver on new product objectives.
• Become a Data expert on one or more business domain knowledge, to draw conclusions and to provide answers to business stakeholders questions.

You will join a dynamic & international agile team with 4 other Data Analysts, 2 Data Engineers, 1 Data Architect & 1 Digital Product Owner

Who are you?

• You have a master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology (IT).
• You have 0-5 years of experience in data and data analysis.
• You can understand business needs in a global organization.
• You are looking for new opportunities in the transport industry.
• You are a proactive problem solver who thinks creatively and values teamwork.
• Writing code and creating data models are activities you enjoy.
• You like data manipulation and data modeling.
• You have designed and developed dashboards using at least one visualization tool, preferably Power BI.
• You have a mindset focused on growth and learning.
• You communicate effectively in both French and English (C1 level).
• Bonus: You have already worked in a global & international environment.
