Description du poste

Long Description

We are currently looking for Associate, Client Management to join our Standard Chartered Bank AG team in our Paris office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by the Client Management Team.
  2. Own and drive the execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders and the value chain to deliver excellent client service, ensuring clients are ready to transact quickly across simple and complex cases.
  3. Drive continuous improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness to increase system and process consistency.
  4. Ensure alignment between the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) business and Client Management through regular engagement on business priorities, issues, and gap resolution.
  5. Provide quality support and advice to Relationship Managers within all lending units on documentation matters, including origination of customer documentation where required.
  6. Deliver excellent service and advice to CIB clients in channel activation, pre-transaction inquiries, setup, trainings, and other channel-related issues.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in the financial industry, with previous experience in the French Middle Office required.
  • Strong ability to positively influence stakeholders across the value chain to orchestrate and execute processes, delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills in English and French.
  • Problem-solving skills; proactive in finding solutions despite challenges.
  • Strong drive to deliver results.
  • Clear understanding of client needs being serviced.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Risk & AML certification as per bank policy (role-based).
