About your team :
The European CRM team is based in Luxembourg, London, Milan, Paris, and Frankfurt, overseeing client onboarding and service for a diverse range of clients including financial institutions, insurers, wealth managers, asset managers, pension funds, central banks, sovereign wealth funds, and large corporates.
The CRM team acts as the interface between clients, sales offices, and internal operational departments, ensuring high standards of service and smooth client onboarding throughout the investment lifecycle.
The mission is to position Fidelity at the leading edge of customer service in Europe.
About your role :
Reporting to the Head of CRM France, this role focuses on the French market. The candidate will manage client satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle, including onboarding, administration, and servicing, providing support and resolving client queries.
You will have opportunities for client contact, coordinating internal resources, and understanding wider operational processes. You may also manage projects that enhance business and client experience.
This role is based in Paris, supporting the French Sales team, with stakeholders across Europe and globally.
Your key responsibilities :
Ensure all client interactions are handled promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations.
