About your team :

The European CRM team is based in Luxembourg, London, Milan, Paris, and Frankfurt, overseeing client onboarding and service for a diverse range of clients including financial institutions, insurers, wealth managers, asset managers, pension funds, central banks, sovereign wealth funds, and large corporates.

The CRM team acts as the interface between clients, sales offices, and internal operational departments, ensuring high standards of service and smooth client onboarding throughout the investment lifecycle.

The mission is to position Fidelity at the leading edge of customer service in Europe.

About your role :

Reporting to the Head of CRM France, this role focuses on the French market. The candidate will manage client satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle, including onboarding, administration, and servicing, providing support and resolving client queries.

You will have opportunities for client contact, coordinating internal resources, and understanding wider operational processes. You may also manage projects that enhance business and client experience.

This role is based in Paris, supporting the French Sales team, with stakeholders across Europe and globally.

Your key responsibilities :

  1. Manage client activities/requests, ensuring deadlines are met and responding to inquiries via the Sales team, including overseeing mailboxes and queues.
  2. Ensure compliance with AML requirements per policies.
  3. Manage new client onboarding, changes, and terminations following procedures.
  4. Collaborate with other CRM team members for client account coordination and issue resolution.
  5. Identify service trends and improve practices based on feedback and reviews.
  6. Own client issues and complaints from identification to resolution.
  7. Support team workload and act as backup when needed.
  8. Work with global teams to improve the servicing platform.
  9. Analyze data and prepare management reports.
  10. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in Salesforce.
  11. Adhere to operational risk controls and reassess risks regularly.
  12. Engage in professional development activities.

Ensure all client interactions are handled promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations.

About you :

The candidate should have a strong interest in Asset Management, flexibility, and commitment to client service. The role requires adaptability, continuous learning, and collaboration.

Desirable skills include:

  • University Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • 3-5 years’ experience in European Client Services or similar financial roles
  • Operational expertise in the French mutual fund industry and related areas
  • Experience working with international teams and cultures
  • Proactive attitude, ability to prioritize, and strong networking skills
  • Accuracy, timeliness, and productivity under pressure
  • Native French speaker, fluent in English; additional languages a plus
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., IMC, IAC, CFA) are desirable.
