Job Description:

• Handle a broad range of deal types including M&A, IPOs, and Private Placements
• Manage pan-European clients and transactions
• Work with highly innovative and transformative growth companies
• Coordinate cross-border deals with our international teams
• Execute transactions, including leading and managing the deal execution process
• Develop origination and business development skills
• Manage and train junior team members
• Support senior bankers and contribute to the overall development of the franchise

Requirements:

• Between 3 - 9 years of previous investment banking experience from an investment bank, boutique, or Big 4 transaction services/M&A team
• Deal experience in Healthcare is a plus
• Ability to lead a deal team (for VP position)
• Outstanding academic record
• Fluent in English and French (a plus)
• Exceptional analytical and financial skills
• Self-motivated and proactive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment
• Strong team player with good team-building and development skills
