Functional Area:

We are seeking an intern (alternance) for 12 or 24 months (apprenticeship/professionalization contract) in our Finance department who wishes to gain a stepping stone for their future professional career.

Missions (FP&A):

• Maintain and improve activity dashboards on Microsoft PowerBi,
• Perform analyses, monitoring, and decision support reports,
• Develop new analytical tools to enhance our business recommendations.

Missions (Controlling):

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities following US GAAP and French GAAP,
• Handle activities related to indirect taxes (insurance taxes, VAT, etc.) and various contributions,
• Conduct quarterly analyses of revenue by business line and G&A expenses by cost center to identify corrective actions if needed,
• Manage routine processes such as check follow-up, account reconciliation analysis, and resolution in collaboration with departments like Claims, Recovery, and shared services teams in India (in English),
• Participate in ad-hoc analyses (account analysis, budget comparison, etc.),

Update, improve, and formalize department finance procedures.

Profile :

First professional experience in insurance, pursuing an MBA or Master 1 or 2 in Accounting, Audit, or Management Control from a Business School or University. You seek an internship to discover the daily life of a finance department in an insurance company.
