Job Description
As a member of our sales administration team, you will assist our customers in organizing their holidays on board.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Manage booking confirmations and trip organization
- Administrative management from booking to the end of the holidays
- Phone and email reception of our customers regarding the follow-up of their practices (BtoC)
- Constant communication with our partners about customer wishes (BtoB)
- Data entry on various software
- Billing management
- Ensure the quality of SamBoat service.
Profile
The perfect future team member:
- Available from early March to late August
- Background in tourism or economics
- Fluent in Italian (required), English or French
- Organized and autonomous
- Good relational and commercial skills
- Familiarity with computer tools
- Bonus: experience in the travel sector
- Super bonus: fluent knowledge of Spanish and/or German
