Job Description

As a member of our sales administration team, you will assist our customers in organizing their holidays on board.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Manage booking confirmations and trip organization
2. Administrative management from booking to the end of the holidays
3. Phone and email reception of our customers regarding the follow-up of their practices (BtoC)
4. Constant communication with our partners about customer wishes (BtoB)
5. Data entry on various software
6. Billing management
7. Ensure the quality of SamBoat service.

Profile

The perfect future team member:

1. Available from early March to late August
2. Background in tourism or economics
3. Fluent in Italian (required), English or French
4. Organized and autonomous
5. Good relational and commercial skills
6. Familiarity with computer tools
7. Bonus: experience in the travel sector
8. Super bonus: fluent knowledge of Spanish and/or German
