La Laiterie de Montaigu, située en France, recherche un(e) ASSISTANT RESPONSABLE D'ATELIER pour sa section Beurre/UHT. Ce poste implique un suivi quotidien de la production et une gestion efficace des équipes.

Les candidats idéaux auront une formation Bac+2 ou cinq ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire. Les avantages incluent RTT, 13ème mois et participation au bénéfice.

Qualifications

• Diplôme de deux ans ou cinq ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
• Connaissance des outils bureautiques et ERP.
• Capacité à former et à développer les équipes.

Responsabilités

• Assurer le suivi quotidien de la production de l'atelier.
• Identifier et diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements.
• Participer à l'amélioration des processus.

Would you like to join a company on a human scale? We are offering a position for an ASSISTANT WORKSHOP MANAGER (M/F) in the Butter/UHT department, which employs 20 people.

Missions

• Ensure daily monitoring of workshop production
• Identify, analyze and carry out a malfunction diagnosis with implementation of corrective actions
• Participate in the development of safety, performance and quality cultures of the teams
• Carry out staff and equipment schedules
• Participate in improvement projects on different processes
• Contribute to a good social climate and team motivation
• Participate in the training and skills development of teams

The profile

You have a two-year post-secondary degree or five years of experience in a similar role.

You are known for:

• Your commitment on the ground
• Your experience in team management
• Your taste for sharing your knowledge and working in a team
• Your knowledge of agri-food production
• Your comfort with IT tools (office automation and ERP). Then this position is for you!

The schedules

Monday to Friday during the day with the possibility of Saturday morning occasionally.
