La Laiterie de Montaigu propose un poste de Contrôleur de gestion (H/F) au sein du département contrôle de gestion, composé de trois personnes. Le candidat idéal détient un BTS Comptabilité et/ou une Licence en Contrôle de Gestion avec 5 ans d’expérience dans l’agro-alimentaire et maîtrise Excel, M3, SAP et Business Objects.

Horaires du lundi au vendredi, RTT et participation possible. Vous serez en charge du suivi des coûts, de l’établissement des marges et du budget, et vous participerez

Qualifications

• BTS Comptabilité ou équivalent et/ou Bachelor en Contrôle de Gestion avec expérience en agro-alimentaire.
• Maîtrise des chiffres et du contrôle budgétaire; connaissance d’ERP (M3/SAP) et outils de reporting.

Responsabilités

• Assurer la fiabilisation des coûts et établir les coûts réels et standards.
• Réaliser les analyses de coûts pour l’unité industrielle (améliorations et anomalies de production).
• Mettre à jour bases et processus internes; participer aux réunions inter-départements.
• Contribuer à la configuration et à l’amélioration des outils de reporting et au suivi budgétaire.
• Participer à l’élaboration et au contrôle du budget des coûts structurels.
• Participer au processus de budgeting et au pilotage des coûts commerciaux pour optimiser la rentabilité.

Are you looking to join a human-sized company? We are offering a Management Controller position (M/F) within the management control department, which consists of 3 people.

Missions

• Ensure cost reliability and establish actual and standard cost prices.
• Perform cost calculations for the industrial division (improvements and production anomalies).
• Update internal databases and processes.
• Collect and synthesize information, and participate in interdepartmental meetings.
• Participate in the configuration and improvement of reporting tools.
• Carry out budgetary monitoring of structural costs.
• Participate in the budgeting process.

Commercial management control:

• Establish the margins of the finished products.
• Establish projected cost prices for the purpose of price updates.
• Participate in the management control of commercial activities, the objective of which is to improve profitability.

the profile

You hold a BTS (French vocational diploma) in Accounting and/or a Bachelor's degree in Management Control with 5 years of experience in a similar field within the dairy or agri-food industry. You possess the following qualities/skills:

• Be rigorous in the use of numbers
• Enjoy working in a team
• Proficiency in Excel and industrial ERP systems such as M3, SAP, and reporting tools such as Business Objects
