About Albea & the Product line that is recruiting
Albéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical, and food packaging. Our site, Albéa Plouhinec, is our European Center of Excellence for Lipsticks with production of caps, bases & mechanisms.

Scope
As part of the Service Desk, the candidate will help monitor import shipments on Far East / Europe, U.S.A. / Europe, and Far East / U.S.A. flows.
The work-study program will be based in Plouhinec (56).

Main activities
- Requests for quotations from carriers/forwarders in Europe and the U.S.A., follow-up and communication of responses.
- Analysis of shipping schedules from plants in the Far East and Mexico.
- Participation in weekly shipment follow-up meetings and drafting of minutes.
- Assistance with shipment tracking:
- Use of Shiptify software.
- Use of ERP SAP.
- Communication with production sites (Asia and North America).
- Assistance in drafting a monthly market update: information for internal and external communication.
- Assistance with reporting production.
- Various sales administration support tasks.

Accountability including KPIs
- Guarantee responses to internal quotation requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure production of reports on a regular basis.
- Be accountable for various tasks linked to international transportation and service to internal customers.

Profile (Experience & qualifications)
- Knowledge of International Trade (B.T.S., or equivalent).
- Student in Bachelor degree in International Trade / Transportation (3rd year of university / Licence).
- Fluent in both written and oral English.
- Previous experience with an ERP system would be preferable.
