ITC is seeking an Assistant Strategy Consultant to support digital marketing and client projects across WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and RED. You will work with our APAC-focused team, gain hands-on experience in market research, content planning, and campaign execution, and collaborate with luxury brands and global leaders to deliver measurable ROI.

Ideal candidates have a marketing or communications background, strong data and report skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Management, Economics, Linguistics, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and consumer insights.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to sort data and write reports.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverable checklists; track progress and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare meeting minutes, action items, and change requests; maintain client communication records.
• Coordinate internal resources (design, content, data analysis, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and RED.
• Monitor engagement and collect data on content performance; provide regular reports and optimization suggestions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities align with broader project plans.
