BIRKENSTOCK is seeking a store leader in Paris to champion customer experience, product knowledge, and team motivation. You will work with the Store Manager to foster a positive atmosphere and drive sales while aligning with brand standards.

The role requires several years in retail, fluency in French and English, and a passion for fashion/fashion-forward footwear. You will support store operations and contribute to brand growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in the retail sector.
• First experience in store management is an advantage.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Curiosity and understanding of trends in fashion/footwear.
• Proficient with MS Office and cash register systems.
• Very good French and English skills.

Responsabilités

• Convey values and quality of Birkenstock products to customers and motivate colleagues.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to create a positive working atmosphere and coach the team.
• Monitor commercial success, targets and KPIs and intervene to optimize performance.
• Plan development of store and brand awareness with the Store Manager.
• Be available to support colleagues and find solutions to challenges.

• The customer experience is your top priority: you convey the values and quality of our products, inspire with your open personality and product know-how and motivate your colleagues by acting as a role model.
• Together with the Store Manager, you create an appreciative and positive working atmosphere in which big and small successes are celebrated together. You support with administrative tasks, coach and inspire the team and give everyone the chance to continuously improve and develop.
• You always keep an eye on the commercial success of your store, the set targets and the associated KPIs - and intervene to keep performance at the highest level.
• Together with the Store Manager, you will plan how you can continuously develop the store and increase our brand awareness.
• Your colleagues can count on you at any time because you will lend a hand where needed, always have an open ear and find a solution for every challenge.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

• Several years of professional experience in the retail sector, first experience in store management is an advantage
• Passion for sales and customer service, an uncompromising openness towards all people and the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Curiosity and understanding of (emerging) trends in fashion / footwear as well as an affinity for social media
• Results-oriented approach, understanding of retail-specific KPIs and an eye for detail
• Proficient with MS Office as well as with common cash register systems
• Very good French and English skills; other languages are an advantage
