A leading company in the outdoor apparel sector is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lyon. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, leading a diverse team while enhancing customer experiences. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of management experience in retail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to driving sales and profitability.

From ensuring effective store operations strategies and procedures to guiding and developing team members our Store Leadership Teams help create memorable consumer experiences while supporting and helping drive the companys mission of Connecting Active People with Their Passions.
As an Assistant Store Manager you will be a key member of the Store Leadership Team. This role is responsible for providing team leadership and supporting the Store Manager to ensure effective store operations. The Assistant Store Manager executes strategies to improve service drive store sales and increase profitability. You will support the store manager in creating an environment focused on inclusion teamwork customer service and productivity by being a positive role model and leader.
