For the opening of our Flagship store, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager.
Job Overview
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be an essential player in the unique customer experience offered by Casablanca. You will actively participate in the daily management of the store while embodying the brand's DNA through an impeccable posture.
The role
• Operational support: Assist the Store Manager in the daily management of the point of sale (planning, stock management, opening/closing, reporting, etc.).
• Customer experience: Guarantee a warm, personalised and high-quality welcome. Develop a loyal customer base through in-depth product knowledge and active listening.
• Management: Supervise and motivate the sales team on a daily basis, ensure continuous training and transmit the values of the house.
• Business Excellence: Meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets. Track KPIs and propose appropriate action plans.
• Visual merchandising: Participate in the setting up of the windows and the proper maintenance of the sales space, in accordance with the visual guidelines of the house.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the image of Casablanca with elegance, authenticity and commitment.
The candidate
• Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar role in the world of luxury or premium fashion.
• Excellent presentation and strong fashion sensitivity.
• Mastery of the codes of high-end customer service.
• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and a taste for challenge.
• Very good communication skills, in French and English.
• Knowledge of retail tools (CRM, ERP, cash register).
