Une entreprise dynamique dans la recherche clinique recherche un assistant RH et administratif. Ce poste à temps partiel vous permettra de soutenir l'équipe financière tout en contribuant à l'organisation des processus de recrutement et à la gestion quotidienne du personnel. Avec un contrat à durée déterminée de 6 mois, vous bénéficierez de la flexibilité du travail à distance après 3 mois d'expérience.

Qualifications

  • Bac +3 en RH, gestion ou administration souhaité.
  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.

  • Contribuer au processus de recrutement et gérer l'onboarding.

The Company

Evamed, a member of the 1Med group, is a growing clinical research company (CRO), an expert in clinical assessment of medical devices.

Evamed has developed its own eCRF (electronic Case Report Form) allowing the collection of clinical data as well as their validation and use in real time (complete monitoring and statistical analysis module).

We support manufacturers, scientific societies and institutions in France and around the world on all of their clinical investigation projects or in collaboration on specific stages.

Objectives of this role

Part of the Financial Team and related to the Head of Finance, you will assist the Executive Assistant in her missions in HR and accountancy.

You will assist the Executive assistant in the following missions:

  • Ensure the execution of staff administration (preparation of contracts and amendments, follow-up of staff files, validation of leaves and follow-up for days-off)
  • Collect variable elements for payroll and implement figures in Silaé software, in partnership with the accountancy firm
  • Control payslips and fill out payroll spreadsheets
  • Contribute to the recruitment process (write and post job ads, make the first call with candidates, schedule the interviews, take care of the onboarding)
  • Build the training plan and organize it (collecting the employees’ needs, finding training organizations, registration and follow-up of training)
  • Manage invoicing customers and reminders
  • Register providers’ invoices and payments in Monday software
  • Record transactions in Microsoft Dynamics software
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of day-to-day running of the office

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, management or administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

Required skills and qualifications

  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, responsiveness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidentiality and discipline qualities.
  • Excellent knowledge of French language (written and spoken) is mandatory (C1 level).
  • Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken) is mandatory (B2 level).
  • Knowledge of a payroll or an accountancy software would be appreciated

Organisation

You will be based at the following address:

  • Part-time fixed-term contract of 6 months to be filled from July 3rd 2025.
