In addition to real estate services, it offers integrated solutions like solar power, warehouse equipment, and electric vehicle infrastructure. Recently, the firm has also expanded into data centers and renewable energy, aligning with the evolving needs of modern logistics.

As a Property Manager Assistant (Real Estate and Customer Experience Coordinator), you'll support a team focused on delivering top-tier service to customers operating in industrial buildings around Paris. Working with both major logistics players and smaller businesses, your role is key to ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong client relationships. Reporting to the Real Estate & Customer Experience Manager, you'll help manage day-to-day property activities, identify opportunities for added value, and support customer engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide operational and communication support to tenants.
2. Help manage lease documentation, rent collections, vendor contracts, and property records.
3. Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, showings, and vendor bidding processes.
4. Monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and assist with reconciliation of charges.
5. Identify service opportunities that align with tenant needs.
6. Maintain customer financial information and support revenue tracking.
7. Handle inquiries and provide responsive, professional communication.

What You Bring:

1. At least 3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or administration.
2. Fluency in French and a good command of English.
3. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
5. A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with a customer service focus.
6. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

In this role, you'll also contribute to optimizing a portfolio's financial and operational performance, working collaboratively to ensure tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
