MISSIONS :
Under the authority of the Director of CERI Digital Systems, the successful candidate will participate in teaching, research, and technology transfer activities:
Teaching Activities:
CERI SN is involved in all the School's engineering programs, overseeing three specialty tracks: RAISE (Data-oriented), SISC (Telecom and Software Engineering), and ID (Future and Sustainable Industry) in FISE, plus an apprenticeship program (FISA) in Telecom and Computer Science. It also offers a Master in Cybersecurity (ANSSI-SecNumEDU) and continuing education in AI.
Responsibilities include delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in your areas of expertise, contributing to core and specialized courses (some in English), implementing digital pedagogical innovations, supervising students, and collaborating with industry professionals.
Research and Technology Transfer Activities:
The candidate will strengthen the HIDE research axis, focusing on Research in Human-Centered Computing, especially techniques related to machine learning (deep learning), information fusion, and signal processing, with applications in healthcare.
Key tasks include developing research activities, leading projects, supervising students, publishing, participating in scientific communities, promoting the thematic focus of CERI, developing partnerships, and contributing to scientific monitoring.
Candidate Profile:
Must hold a PhD in computer science or signal processing, with postdoctoral and project management experience considered assets. The candidate should demonstrate strong skills in human data processing, healthcare/autonomy interests, excellent communication, teamwork, and a passion for teaching. Proficiency in English and international outlook are essential.
Conditions:
Expected skills include expertise in societal issues, project management, pedagogical innovation, and teamwork. Candidates should have teaching experience, be autonomous, and possess good scientific communication skills. International experience and a professional network are advantageous. Evidence of teaching experience must be provided.
