Institut Mines-Telecom Business School is a public business school that is part of the system of French “Grandes Ecoles”. Institut Mines-Télécom Business School is seeking one highly qualified candidate with experience in teaching (at the undergraduate and graduate levels) and significant research potential in Human Resource Management – Organisational Behaviour to fit into the research themes of the school. The candidate will conduct research activities within LITEM as part of one of the laboratory’s two research groups:
Level of training and / or experience required:
The ideal candidate will have a PhD or be close to completion. Applicants should exhibit potential for excellence in research, aiming to publish in leading journals in Management sciences or Economics at an international level (list of ABS - Chartered Association of Business Schools).
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
Significant teaching and research experience in an academic or industrial laboratory with significant and recent publications in classified and leading journals in Management sciences or Economics at international level (list of ABS - Chartered Association of Business Schools) and national level (lists of HCERES and FNEGE).
He or she will have demonstrated the ability to lead and manage research teams and be able to teach in French and English. The person selected for this position will be responsible for developing the discipline of Human Resources in the school and will be participating actively in future faculty recruitment in the area.
