Alternance - Assistant Opérations H/F

Missions

Au sein du département Opérations et Service Client s, vous apporterez votre s support opérationnel :

• Aux référents techniques dans leur rôle de contact privilégié des

• de la souscription, et du département Recouvrement, en matière de :

• Réalisation d’opérations de gestion des polices du portefeuille

• Traitement des diverses demandes relatives à la vie du compte

• Réponse aux courtiers/clients sur les questions techniques

• Au responsable des Opérations

• Dans l’organisation, la coordination et le suivi des contrôles obligatoires et récurrents

• Dans la conception, mise en place et production de rapports et tableaux de suivi des activités

• Aux Centres de Services Partagés

• Accompagnement de leur montée en compétence, notamment par la participation aux réunions, suivi des questions posées/réponses apportées, contribution à la mise à jour de processus

• Contribution à la mise en place et/ou à la réalisation d’audits portant sur les tâches de gestion déléguées aux Centres de Services Partagés

Profil :

Bénéficiant de premières expériences professionnelles dans le domaine de l’Assurance, vous souhaitez réaliser une alternance vous permettant de découvrir le quotidien du département Opérations.

• Vous préparez un BTS ou un Master en Assurances

• Organisé(e), polyvalent(e), consciencieux(se), sens des responsabilités

• Proactif, votre esprit méthodique et rigoureux allié à vos capacités d’organisation vous permet de gérer les priorités avec efficacité.

• Votre sens de la communication contribue à la qualité du service local rendu dans le réseau et vous avez l’esprit d’équipe (bonne capacité d’intégration)

• Bonne appréhension des systèmes d’informations

• Maitrise du « Pack Office »

• Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles

• Bon niveau d’anglais souhaité
