As our Office Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations for our Paris (Bercy) office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll manage office administration, facilities, and supplier relationships globally while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment that is uniquely Shift. As the first Shifter our customers, candidates, and employees see daily, you bring a positive and professional sense of hospitality. You are versatile, experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks, and able to work independently with little supervision. While no two days are the same, you are also organized, disciplined, and resourceful to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
This role is ideal for someone who is excited by the challenge of creating a space where Shifters thrive and eager to take ownership of multiple responsibilities in a growing international company.
In order to best connect with Shifters and because of the onsite responsibilities of this role, we require this role to be in the office 5 days per week.
