We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager RCM Operations to join our team and support our healthcare practices with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in overseeing the operations of medical billing services, including medical coding, charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, follow-up, and reimbursement management.
2. Support the Manager Operations in leading a team of Medical Billing Associates and Team Leads.
3. Regularly communicate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve billing-related issues.
4. Provide updates on operations in daily meetings.
5. Assist in acting as a liaison with managers and administrators of assigned client components on day-to-day billing operations.
6. Ensure that billing operations are conducted in compliance with federal laws and departmental protocols.
7. Assist in developing and implementing operating policies and procedures in line with federal and state regulations.
8. Supervise personnel, including work allocation, attendance, and problem resolution.
9. Evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions.
10. Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
11. Review and interpret operational data to assess the need for procedural revisions and enhancements.
12. Participate in designing and implementing systems to enhance revenue and operating efficiency.
13. Provide training for new and existing staff on operating policies, protocols, systems, procedures, standards, and techniques.
14. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and report to the Manager Operations.
