Job Description:

OGU is looking for our future assistant manager for our restaurant located at EURATECHNOLOGIE in Lille! This is a full-time permanent position with evening and weekend rest days.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Guaranteeing client care and the smooth running of commercial relationships, with the aim of satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Animating quality service across all offerings.
  3. Paying attention to all details for quality service.
  4. Ensuring the taste and freshness of the products offered.
  5. Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times.
  6. Promoting the project, strategy, DNA, and values of the brand, and communicating these to your team.
  7. Ensuring the accuracy of financial flows and reporting any anomalies immediately.
  8. Effectively using management software (HR, Commerce) for contracts, planning, inventories, etc.
  9. Implementing and enforcing legal, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as the defined strategies, policies, and procedures.
  10. Ensuring the accuracy of accounts and maintaining accounting and administrative management.
  11. Monitoring, alerting, and acting to maintain the good condition of the establishment and equipment, particularly regarding food safety obligations.

Profile Required:

  4. Ideally, a background in hospitality with some experience in the sector.
