Assistant Manager Maple Grove Saint Cloud

ServiceMaster Professionals is seeking to add a full-time Assistant Manager to our Business Services division.

The Assistant Manager works closely with the manager to ensure all client locations are being cleaned to company quality standards, reviews employee clock-ins and hours, troubleshoots issues within client locations, and communicates with the manager to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed.

Successful candidates should have a high attention to detail, be organized, able to work with a variety of people, and work autonomously. Experience in the environmental services industry and proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Hours for the Assistant Manager will vary and require flexibility. ServiceMaster offers a comprehensive benefits package including Paid Time Off, Holidays, Medical, Dental, and a company-matched 401K plan. Compensation will depend on experience.
