Whether you are in your first or last year, JOIVY France will provide you with that extra experience that will make a difference in preparing you for your future career. At JOIVY France, a multitude of opportunities opens up for you across our different departments. In each of them, you will be trained and supported.

Here is a list of departments you could join:

Business Developer: This team is the gateway to our activity. We need to find housing for our operations. Your future role will be to find apartments from individuals or professionals.

Sales: When we have clients visiting the website to rent a room, our sales team (B2C) assists and advises clients. They are also responsible for implementing promotions or adjusting prices based on seasons. Your role will be to interact with clients and participate in developing pricing and marketing strategies for this team.

Customer Care: This team is very important for the customer experience. They manage the tenant's life in the JOIVY experience from the signing of the inventory to the management of deposits, and they are the main point of contact for discussing various issues encountered. Your role will be to participate in daily interactions with clients and work on the customer experience.

Property & Maintenance: This team works on the curative or preventive maintenance of apartments. It is one of the most important subjects for our company as it will positively or negatively impact the customer experience.

New business: This new team works on and develops new projects that we wish to implement within JOIVY France. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the manager of this team on project management or group strategy.
