ARTUS, with over 70 agencies across the Grand West, specializes in interim and permanent staffing solutions. We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator for one of our clients involved in the production of coffees, teas, herbal teas, and infusions.

Responsibilities:

1. Master the SAP tool and define associated operating procedures.
2. Create transfer orders in SAP for preparers and forklift drivers to manage daily logistics activities.
3. Manage stock movements in SAP (entries, exits, transfers, etc.).
4. Oversee storage architecture within the system and ensure its updates outside SAP.
5. Handle all SAP-related topics related to transportation, customer logistics, and other logistical activities.
6. Prepare cycle inventories.
7. Oversee daily transportation activities.
8. Manage intercompany flows with related transports.
9. Coordinate shipments or stock transfers to clients or external providers, including associated transportation.
10. Manage product returns, internal damages, and customer claims.
11. Handle shipments of specific products in coordination with the sales department.
12. Manage the stock of empty pallets, including orders and transporter balances.
