PSG is seeking a Logistics Expédition specialist to manage client and subcontracted shipping operations, ensuring timely transit from company sites to clients and suppliers. You will handle documentation, verify carrier invoices, and resolve transport issues with our service teams.

Responsibilities include exporting documents per INCOTERMS and coordinating quotes with carriers, while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and prioritizing urgent matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Master incoterms and customs regulations.
• English skills related to transport (reading and writing).
• Ability to react quickly in urgent situations (prioritization).
• Know MS Office suite.
• Rigour and responsiveness.

Responsabilités

• Oversee client and subcontracted shipping operations.
• Prepare shipping documents (delivery notes and related documents).
• Coordinate and resolve transport disputes with customer service and carriers.
• Validate carrier invoices.
• Collect proofs of pickup or delivery for requesting departments.
• Handle export documents per INCOTERMS rules.
• Request quotes from carriers and packaging providers.

Rattaché(e) au leader expéditions, vous serez en charge d'assurer le relationnel et le suivi des transporteurs sélectionnés, tout en veillant au bon déroulement du transit des marchandises de l’entreprise vers les sites clients et fournisseurs.

Missions principales

• Piloter et suivre les opérations d’expédition client et sous-traitance.
• Etablir les documents liés aux expéditions (Bon de livraison, documents associés), et centraliser les documents ;
• Suivre les litiges des transports et mettre en relation le service clients avec le transporteur concerné, le cas échéant.
• Valider les factures des prestataires transports.
• Récupérer et fournir aux services demandeurs les différentes preuves d’enlèvements ou de livraisons.
• Gérer les documents exports selon les règles des INCOTERMS.
• Demander les cotations aux transporteurs et prestataires divers d’emballage.

Profil recherché

• Disposer d’un niveau Bac minimum
• Maîtriser parfaitement les incoterms et les règlementations douanières.
• Maîtriser l’anglais relatif au transport (lu, écrit)
• Être en mesure de réagir rapidement en situation d’urgence (gestion des priorités)
• Connaître le Pack Office
• Rigueur, réactivité
