To support this journey, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Hotel Manager for our hotel in Paris Charles de Gaulle.

What You’ll Do

As Assistant Hotel Manager, you will support the Hotel Manager in the day-to-day running of the hotel. You’ll be hands-on, customer-focused, and a key part of the team, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

  • Operational support: Assist with the smooth coordination of daily hotel operations and ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Team support: Work alongside the reception team to provide day-to-day guidance and motivation, help onboard and support new team members, and foster a positive and cooperative working environment.
  • Guest experience: Be present on the floor to ensure guests receive a warm welcome, handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently, and support initiatives aimed at improving guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in hotel roles such as front desk manager, coordination, or team support.
  • Fluency in French and good command of English (spoken and written).
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in busy periods.
  • A degree in hospitality or related field is a plus, but not required.
