Job responsibilities

• Discreet and organized, ensuring guests feel at home
• Attentive, providing personalized service and a unique experience for each guest
• Meticulous with a flawless service sense and attention to detail
• Assist the General Supervisor in controlling and maintaining the cleanliness of rooms and common areas
• Report malfunctions to maintenance services
• Anticipate and respond to the various needs of resort guests
• Supervise the cleaning staff team (30 to 50 employees)
• Monitor stock levels, identify supply needs, and place orders
• Ensure work quality meets Club Med high standards
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the resort and collaborate with relevant departments (reception, laundry, catering)
• Guarantee service quality, hygiene, safety regulations, and property maintenance
